SHIPPING POLICY
Once the production of an order has been completed, it will be packaged, measured and weighed. At this point it's ready for shipping via either UPS or USPS, depending on which carrier can offer the best price.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take great care to produce what you want, as all items on this website are made to order. The images are used for a guideline and you get to choose what colors you'd like. Because everything is made by hand, the shapes can vary a little. You get a one-of-a-kind piece with every piece of pottery! For this reason we will be in communication prior to production just to be sure we are making what you want. Therefore, unless an item arrives broken, there shouldn't be need to return anything. If your item is broken please notify us immediately and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
